National Convention

Lambda Phi Epsilon National Fraternity sponsors an annual convention held at various locations around the nation. It is a gathering of all the active and alumni members from all of our chapters across the nation. Each year we host it in the vicinity of a local chapter. The National Convention events include: a basketball tournaments, brotherhood showcase, nightly parties, elections, policy review, career development and of course a banquet to close out the weekend event. It is typically held every Memorial day weekend in May. Some of our brothers wait the entire year for this event. But this is just one of the many rewarding experiences that Lambda Phi Epsilon has to offer.

Regional Rallies

Every year our regional bodies hold rallies in which regional chapters attend. These include the East Coast Brotherhood Rally, Midwest Brotherhood Rally, Norcal Sports Day, Texas Governor's Cup, Southwest Brotherhood Rally, Buffalo Halloween, and Splatfest. These events allow brothers within that region to connect at least once a year and often have brothers from all over the nation attend. Each rally is unique and allow the brothers of that region to show what their region represents.

JA Retreats

Lambda Phi Epsilon is dedicated to creating leaders. Thus, all newly initiated brothers are expected to attend a Junior Active (JA) retreat during their first year of being an active.  The JA retreat serves as an active's introduction to Lambda LiFE. This retreat allows older actives and alumni to impart their wisdom on the JAs and give them advice regarding leadership whether that be within the Lambda community or within the professional community. Alumni often attend JA retreats to give seminars on professional topics such as: interviewing, etiquette, resume writing workshops, and professional appearance. They also tend to recruit brothers who are near graduation for jobs within many highly regarded companies. However, the JA retreat isn't all work and no play. They are usually held in conjunction with sorority events so the JAs have opportunities to meet many new people during socials and parties.
